How did our story begin?
There was something we could never quite make sense of.
How did it become completely normal to walk into a café in Cairo where everyone around you is speaking Arabic... then suddenly turn into a foreign tourist just to order a cup of coffee?
You stand in front of a guy named Ahmed, and you say:
"Can I have an iced Spanish latte with an extra shot, please?"
And Ahmed replies:
"Sure."
And you walk out genuinely convinced that this is just part of the coffee experience.
To us... that scene is more funny than it is normal.
We're not against languages, nor against learning them, nor against being open to the world. But we've never understood what the quality of coffee has to do with the language you order it in.
Why did the name of the drink become more important than its taste?
And why did mastering coffee become tied to foreign terminology, when coffee itself doesn't speak any language?
Why "Noqta", specifically?
Because we decided to be the turning point — an Arab brand that serves coffee with genuine craft and care, and believes that quality doesn't need a foreign accent to be convincing.
We're not trying to look European, nor to borrow someone else's identity.
We're just trying to make exceptional coffee, under an Arabic name, that speaks the language of the people who drink it.
And if we manage to change your mind after the first sip, then maybe we'll have proven something simple:
Quality isn't pronounced in English... it's built with mastery.
Our Vision
We're building an experience worthy of Arab hospitality in its deepest sense — where every guest feels celebrated, and every cup feels like it was made for them specifically.
That's why every blend we make is the result of real customer feedback, repeated testing, and deliberate decisions.
What we promise you
Every time you open a bag of Noqta, you'll find that someone cared about every small detail — from choosing each bean with intention, to the moment you taste the first sip of your morning cup. That is our promise. And that is our Noqta.
