Description
Some coffee-growing regions leave their mark in every cup, and Brazil's Alta Mogiana is one of them. This coffee gives you a balanced, naturally sweet experience with a smooth, creamy body and a finish that lingers well after the last sip. It's a great pick for anyone chasing a flavor-packed espresso without high acidity.
Made from 100% Arabica beans grown in the Alta Mogiana region, including the Mundo Novo, Catuai, Acaia, and Bourbon varieties, grown at an altitude between 900 and 1,250 meters above sea level. The beans are naturally processed, meaning they're dried with the fruit skin still on, giving the coffee a syrupy body and a fuller flavor. We recommend a medium-to-dark roast for espresso to bring out notes of milk chocolate, molasses, peanut, and red or stone fruit, with a low, balanced acidity and a sweet finish. Available in 200g, 400g, and 1kg, with grind options for espresso, moka pot, French press, filter, and V60, or as whole bean. We roast our coffee in small, regular batches to keep quality consistent, and grind it fresh once you order to lock in the flavor.
