In this case, Noqta covers all shipping costs in full, as part of our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers.

Second: Exchanges or returns for sealed products

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the product is in its original condition and fully sealed in its factory packaging.

In this case, the customer covers the shipping costs only.

Third: Opened products

For your safety and the safety of all our customers, any product that has been opened or had its original packaging unsealed cannot be exchanged or returned.
