Ethiopian Sidamo Espresso

Ethiopian Sidamo Espresso

Description

Some coffees grow slowly, but they reward you with a cup you won't forget. Sidamo Ethiopian is an espresso with a rich body, lively acidity, and a smooth, sweet finish, with flavor notes ranging across citrus, berries, and stone fruit, plus a floral touch of jasmine. It's a pick for anyone chasing a cup that reveals more with every sip.

Made from 100% Arabica Sidamo beans, an original Ethiopian Heirloom variety, grown in the highlands of southern Ethiopia at an altitude between 1,500 and 2,200 meters, one of the highest altitudes in the whole Noqta lineup. That slow growth at high altitude gives the beans exceptional density and a greater ability to absorb minerals from the volcanic soil, while the medium roast strikes a balance between the fruity notes and natural sweetness. Available in 200g, 400g, and 1kg, with grind options for espresso, moka pot, French press, filter, and V60, or as whole bean. We roast our coffee in small, regular batches to keep quality consistent, and grind it fresh once you order to lock in the flavor.
